Good Standing
Guest must maintain card on file and good attendance and behavior.
Billing
We require prepaying the first two months, after which the passport conveniently renews automatically at a monthly price. Always keep your billing information updated to avoid billing failures and to ensure we charge the correct card. If the billing method is incorrect, the membership will be suspended.
Freezing
We allow freezing or pausing of Membership fees/benefits for up to 3 months for Memberships purchased as of 11/1/23. Freezing is available after 3 months of paid membership. We cannot freeze the original "Legacy" membership, ones purchased prior to 10/31/23.
Cancellation
Sugar Plum reserves the right to cancel the membership at any time due to late cancellations, no-show appointments, unprofessional behavior, or breakage of our policies.
Membership cancellation is automatic when at four no-shows in 365 days.
Refunds
Full refund within five days of purchase if no services have been rendered. If any services have been rendered, then refunds are not permitted.
No Refunds after five days of purchase.
Once canceled, you must get new membership pricing. The introductory price is no longer locked in.
Discounts
All discounts are taken from the full regular price
