PACKAGE RETURN POLICY
All refunds must be requested in writing by filling out the Package Return Form below. For assistance or inquiries, please call our Customer Care at (206) 512-3033.
IF THE PACKAGE WAS PURCHASED WITHIN 90 DAYS
Services used will be deducted from the original purchase price at the now current VIP rate.
Any remaining monies will be refunded to the original payment method card used by the original package purchaser. Refunds on original payment method card purchases can take 7 business days or more. Credit card refund times vary by merchant and bank, some taking a few days and others taking a few months.
If the original payment method card has expired, store credit will be applied to the original package purchaser’s guest profile as Store Credit. Store Credit can be used towards purchases of Sugar Plum Services, Products, or Gift Cards only. Store Credit cannot be used for gratuities.
