That’s why every Sugar Plum technician receives 100+ hours of comprehensive virtual and hands-on training in our specialized sugaring techniques before ever stepping onto the floor. Our education program is designed to ensure mastery, build confidence, and provide consistent results for every client. But training doesn’t stop there—continued education, mentorship, and skill-building are part of our culture, ensuring every team member has the tools to grow.

With time our employees have the opportunity to put down roots through our  Seedling Program, select skilled technicians can test the waters of ownership by running a one-room location with Sugar Plum’s full support. This allows technicians to gain experience, build a client base, and develop business skills before taking the next step toward full ownership.
