These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of Sugaring Service Packages offered by Sugar Plum: The Sugaring Experts (referred to herein as "Sugar Plum Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a Package, you agree to these terms.
1. Package Description and Pricing
- Pack of 5 is a “Buy 3, Get 2 Free" Package: This package includes a total of five (5) sugaring services. The price paid covers the cost of three (3) full-priced services, and two (2) additional services (the "Free Services") are provided complimentary.
- Service Redemption Order: Clients must first redeem all three (3) full-priced, purchased services. The two (2) Free Services may only be redeemed after the three (3) full-priced services have been used.
- Non-Transferable: Services are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the purchasing client.
2. Studio Redemption and Expiration
- Nationwide Redemption: All services included in the Package (both purchased and free) may be redeemed at any participating Sugar Plum Studio location throughout the United States. Redemption is subject to the scheduling policies of the individual studio.
- Dormancy Period: If a client's package remains unused for a continuous period of two (2) years from the date of the last service appointment (the "Dormancy Date"), the account will be considered dormant. (If no services have been redeemed, the dormancy period begins on the date of purchase.)
- Expiration of Free Services: Upon the Dormancy Date, the two (2) Free Services will automatically expire and become void.
- Purchased Services Do Not Expire: The three (3) full-priced, purchased services do not expire and remain valid for redemption.
3. Refund, Cancellation, and Transfer Policy
3.1. 90-Day Package Cancellation
We offer a 90-Day Cancellation Policy for purchased Packages:
- Cancellation within 90 Days: Should you decide to cancel your Package within ninety (90) days of the purchase date, we will calculate the refund as follows:
- You will be charged the current regular price for any services you have already used (redeemed).
- A refund will then be issued to you for any remaining monetary balance due from the original Package purchase price.
- Cancellation after 90 Days: Should you decide to cancel your Package after ninety (90) days from the purchase date:
- You will be issued a store credit for any remaining unused balance only from the value of the three (3) purchased services.
- No store credit will be issued for the value of the two (2) Free Services.
- This store credit can be used toward the purchase of services, packages, and retail items.
- Store credit cannot be used for gratuity.
3.2. Package Transfer Policy
- Service Transfer (Package to Package): Should you decide to transfer your Package from one service type to another (e.g., Brazilian to full leg), you will be charged the current regular price for any services already used, and a credit for the remaining balance will be applied toward the purchase of your new package.
- Guest Transfer (Transferable): Entire Packages may be transferred from one guest to another. The remaining services within the package may be transferred only in full to another individual and may not be divided or partially reassigned.
