30% discount on additional services of other types. Membership discounts apply to full original pricing. Discounts are not on add-on services, with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
15% product discount. Membership discounts apply to full original pricing and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
Other Membership Perks are available to members with SMS and email marketing turned on.
Billing
By signing up for the Plum Pass, you agree to a minimum 2 month commitment. The two-month commitment does not apply to currently active members who have already been a member for two months or more.
All management of your account is done online at the Sugar Plum Sugaring App (iOS or Android) or at book.sugarplum.com and login.
Your credit card will be charged monthly on the same calendar day as your enrollment date. You are responsible for keeping your billing information updated to avoid payment failures and to ensure charges are applied to the correct card.
If the billing method is invalid or incorrect, your membership will be suspended until updated. No membership benefits will be available during that time.
In the event of a price change, Sugar Plum will notify you via text and email at least 30 days prior to the next billing date. You must have your email and phone number set for marketing to receive these messages.
Freezing Membership
After fulfilling the initial two-month commitment, members can freeze their membership fees and benefits twice per year for up to 90 days each time.
All membership benefits are not available during the freeze period.

Cancellation
Cancelation can be scheduled after your successful second billing cycle. It is done on the app or at book.sugarplum.com.
Sugar Plum reserves the right to use credits for late cancellations or no-showed appointments.
Sugar Plum reserves the right to cancel memberships for repeated late cancellations, no-show appointments, inappropriate behavior, or violation of company policies.
Memberships with over 10 failed payment attempts will be canceled.
Sugar Plum reserves the right to cancel inactive memberships.
Once canceled, you will lose access to your pricing and must enroll at the current membership rate, you will also be required to pay unpaid invoices if you choose to rejoin.
Reschedules
I understand that Sugar Plum staff may occasionally become unexpectedly unavailable due to illness or other circumstances. In such cases, appointments may need to be moved to another technician, rescheduled to a different time, or relocated to a different Sugar Plum studio.
I acknowledge that these changes do not entitle me to compensation, refund or another benefit in this event. Sugar Plum will make every effort to accommodate my scheduling needs and provide the highest level of service.
Refunds
Upon cancellation, unused credits remain on the client's account and are valid for use indefinitely but are non-refundable.
Communication
I understand that communication occurs via marketing text and emails. If I turn communication off I may not receive membership reminders or notices of future price increases.
