1. Benefits

  • Unlimited services exclusively for the Plum Pass Membership, your Plum Pass is valid at your Sugar Plum location. 
  • 35% off additional services of other types. Membership discounts apply to full original pricing. Discounts do not apply to service add-on’s, with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
  • 10% off product. Membership discounts apply to full original pricing and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
  • Seasonal membership perks. 

2. Billing
By signing up for the Plum Pass, you agree to a minimum three-month commitment. The three-month commitment does not apply to currently active members who have already been a member for three months or more. 

  • Your credit card will be charged monthly on the same calendar day as your enrollment date. You are responsible for keeping your billing information updated to avoid payment failures and to ensure charges are applied to the correct card. 
  • If the billing method is invalid or incorrect, your membership will be suspended until updated.
  • In the event of a price change, Sugar Plum will notify you via text and email at least 30 days prior to the next billing date. You must have your email and phone number set for marketing to receive these messages. 

3. Freezing Membership
After fulfilling the initial three-month commitment, members can freeze their membership fees and benefits once for up to three months. Please note memberships may only be frozen one time for the duration of the membership. 

 

4. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time after your initial three-month commitment. Submit the online cancellation form at least five business days before your next billing date.

  • Sugar Plum reserves the right to cancel memberships for repeated late cancellations, no-show appointments, inappropriate behavior, or violation of company policies.
  • Sugar Plum reserves the right to cancel memberships with three or more no-shows within a rolling 365-day period.
  • Memberships with 2 unpaid months will be canceled. 
  • Sugar Plum reserves the right to cancel inactive memberships. 
  • Once canceled, you will lose access to your pricing and must enroll at the current membership rate, you may also be required to pay unpaid invoices if you choose to rejoin.

5. Reschedules 

  •  Sugar Plum staff may occasionally become unexpectedly unavailable due to illness or other circumstances. In such cases, appointments may need to be moved to another technician, rescheduled to a different time, or relocated to a different Sugar Plum studio.
  • In the event of a rescheduled appointment, a refund of membership payment or other discounts, will not be issued as the membership agreement covers access to services rather than specific appointments or technicians. Sugar Plum will make every effort to accommodate scheduling needs and provide the highest level of service.

 

6. Refunds

If a refund is requested, it will be calculated by deducting the full, non-discounted price of any services or products redeemed under the membership from the total amount paid, including all monthly membership payments. If the total payments exceed the value of the services and products used, the remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.

 

7. Communication 

Communication occurs via marketing text and emails. If your communications are turned off you may not receive membership reminders or notices of future price increases.
