At Sugar Plum, we stand behind our services and want every client to have a 5 star experience. That’s why we offer our Customer Touch-Up Guarantee—if any hairs were missed during your appointment, we’ll make it right! Simply contact our Customer Care team at (206) 512-3033 within five days of your service, and we’ll schedule a quick touch-up. All touch-ups must be completed within 14 days of your original appointment.

 

For our first-time clients, we also offer a Fresh Follow-Up Service, a complimentary appointment designed to check in on your results and ensure you’re getting the best possible sugaring experience.
