Do my credits expire? Never! Even if you decide to cancel your membership down the road, your accumulated credits stay in your account until you are ready to use them.

 

Is there a commitment? Yes, we require a minimum 2-month commitment to get started. After your second billing cycle, you can cancel, freeze, or adjust your pass at any time.

 

Can I use my credits for add-ons? Booked services kept as Add-Ons do qualify for credit redemption! Please note that general custom Add-On services themselves are not eligible for additional member percentage discounts.

 

How do I track my account? Easily! Just log into the Sugar Plum App or visit book.sugarplum.com to check your real-time credit balance, update your payment details, or adjust your membership status.

A: Yes, you may cancel your Plum Pass membership at any time after completing the initial two-month commitment in your account on our iOS or Android App or at book.sugarplum.com.

A: Yes, you may freeze your Plum Pass membership at any time (up to twice a year for no more than 90 days.  This can be managed in your account on our iOS or Android App or at book.sugarplum.com.

Simply book an appointment at your Plum Pass associated Sugar Plum location and your benefits will be on your account! 

Do Plum Pass membership benefits ever change?

While we try to keep our Plum Pass membership benefits consistent, we may occasionally make adjustments. We'll always provide at least 30 days notice of any changes to our membership program.

 I have an existing Plum Pass or Legacy Passport to Smooth Membership, what happens to me?

You will be receiving an email and SMS notification about the conversion of your account to the new Plum Pass.  After that communication, your account will convert to the new one after 30 days and on your next billing cycle.
