Can I cancel my Plum Pass membership?

A: Yes, you may cancel your Plum Pass membership at any time after completing the initial three-month commitment by submitting written notice to Sugar Plum at least 5 days before your next billing date. Please be advised that membership fees are non-refundable.

Do Plum Pass membership benefits ever change?

While we try to keep our Plum Pass membership benefits consistent, we may occasionally make adjustments. We'll always provide at least 30 days notice of any changes to our membership program.

Can I transfer my Plum Pass membership to another Sugar Plum location?

Yes you can transfer up to 2 times per year. Transferred Plum Pass memberships may increase or decrease depending on Sugar Plum studio specific pricing. Approval by Ownership or Manager is required.
